IFS Therapy in West LA and Beverly Hills

You’re the one others turn to - but who supports you? This is an affirming space where your feelings matter, your story is honored, and your healing is possible.

Does life always have to feel this hard?

You work hard, push through, and hit your goals with the hopes that it brings you relief, meaning, or a sense of worth. But somehow it always feel like it’s never enough. There’s a part of you that keeps raising the bar and your inner critic always finds something wrong.

You do things the right way. You’re thoughtful, compassionate, and responsible. Yet while navigating relationships you wonder “I’m always there for others… why does no one show up for me?””

And if you’re a highly sensitive or deeply feeling person, navigating today’s chaotic, fast-paced, and productivity-obsessed world can feel especially overwhelming, leaving your nervous system dysregulated and disconnected from yourself.

You power through anxiety and exhaustion. Maybe you even hit the milestones you hoped would fix it - but the satisfaction fades, and the question creeps in: “Is this it?”

Deep down, something in you knows this cycle isn’t sustainable.

Things can be different.

I help driven, intuitive adults like you reconnect with your inner wisdom and authentic self using a holistic approach including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and mind-body connection. By exploring your inner world with curiosity and compassion, you’ll begin to:

  • Work through and let go of old patterns that no longer serve you

  • Move through life with more calm, clarity, and confidence

  • Feel safe enough to let others really see you without having to shrink, perform, or mask

  • Experience a growing sense of clarity about who you are and what really matters to you

  • Learn to sooth your nervous system so you are no longer stuck in fight, flight, or freeze mode

Whether you’re navigating relational challenges, dealing with burn out or an inner critic, working to heal past trauma, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone.

Who I Work With

I work with people who tend to be very thoughtful and self-aware. Usually the one others go to for support. On the surface, they seem like they are doing just fine but inside, they’re often carrying a lot.

Anxiety, pressure, a sense of never fully being able to exhale. Some feel stuck, others feel numb. Many are tired of keeping it all together all the time.

Clients I support often:

  • Are committed to deep, sustainable inner work

  • Identify as professionals, creatives, or people in the helping professions

  • Have been told they’re “too sensitive” or feel emotionally misunderstood

  • Are working to heal from relational or complex trauma

  • Struggle to prioritize their own needs and emotions over those of other people

If you see yourself in any of this, let’s connect for a free consultation.

What Therapy Looks Like With Me

Therapy with me is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Instead of focusing only on surface-level symptoms, we’ll gently explore the patterns, emotions, and parts of you that may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unheard.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrates mind-body work to support deeper healing. This means we’ll not only talk about what’s going on but also pay attention to how emotions show up in your body. Together, we’ll learn to listen to these signals in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Some sessions might be focused on getting curious about the internal parts of you that feel anxious, self-critical, or shut down. Other times, we’ll work on staying present in your body, building emotional awareness, or finding tools to help you feel more grounded in daily life.

Every healing process looks a little different. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. Wherever our sessions take us, I’ll meet you with patience and care always honoring that you’re the expert on your own experience.
