8-Week Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Workshop
An educational workshop for adults interested in better understanding the Highly Sensitive Person trait and exploring practical ways of working with it in everyday life.
You may have noticed that certain environments, relationships, or experiences affect you more deeply than they seem to affect other people. Perhaps you've been described as "too sensitive," find yourself easily overwhelmed by stimulation, or notice that you spend a lot of time processing your experiences.
If that resonates with you, this workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait alongside others who may share similar experiences.
Unlike simply reading about HSPs, this live psychoeducational workshop combines evidence-informed education, practical strategies and skills, experiential exercises, guided reflection, and meaningful discussion in a supportive small-group environment.
Does This Sound Familiar?
You might relate to some of the following experiences:
Feeling emotionally affected by situations long after they’ve happened
Becoming overwhelmed or feeling drained in highly stimulating en
Noticing subtle details that others seem to miss
Taking longer time to process conversations, interactions, or experiences after they occur compared to other people
Feeling deeply impacted by emotions of people around you
Wondering why certain experiences seem to affect you differently than they do others
Whether you've known you're an HSP for years or are only beginning to explore the trait, this workshop is intended to provide understanding, practical tools, and a supportive community.

About the HSP Workshop
Being highly sensitive is not a diagnosis or something that needs to be "fixed." Rather, it is both an innate temperament and personality trait that influences how some people process and respond to the world around them.
Many people find that simply having language to describe their experiences can be validating. Others are interested in learning practical ways of navigating overstimulation, relationships, boundaries, or self-care through the lens of high sensitivity.
This workshop was created to provide a space for both.
Throughout the eight weeks, participants will have opportunities to learn about the HSP trait, engage in guided reflection, and participate in discussions with others in a supportive and respectful environment.

Meet the Facilitators
As an HSP myself, my hope is to create a space where participants can better understand the HSP trait, reflect on their own experiences, and explore practical ways of working with sensitivity in everyday life, while also experiencing valuable connection from fellow HSPs. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS, and trauma-informed approaches, though this workshop is educational rather than psychotherapy
