8-Week Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Workshop

An educational workshop for adults interested in better understanding the Highly Sensitive Person trait and exploring practical ways of working with it in everyday life.

You may have noticed that certain environments, relationships, or experiences affect you more deeply than they seem to affect other people. Perhaps you've been described as "too sensitive," find yourself easily overwhelmed by stimulation, or notice that you spend a lot of time processing your experiences.

If that resonates with you, this workshop offers an opportunity to learn more about the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) trait alongside others who may share similar experiences.

Unlike simply reading about HSPs, this psychoeducational workshop combines evidence-informed education, experiential exercises, guided reflection, and meaningful discussion in a supportive small-group environment.
